A. Go to "request availability" and email us with the property and dates. We reply as soon as possible with availability, confirmed rates for your dates, deposit requirements and other information

A. We encourage all properties to update their information regularly and continuously check our listings

Q. What is GST?

A. GST is the New Zealand government Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%. If the place you stay at is GST registered property. GST is usually included in all quoted rates. If it is not "GST exclusive" will be specifically stated.

A. None. We want to provide the most comprehensive directory of non hotel accommodation available in New Zealand. We simply charge a small commission on confirmed bookings. No guests - no cost

We frequently get page 1 or 2 rankings with Google! and other major search engines. We also promote the site in local and international directories increasing the reach of your property. Key words and descriptions are individually edited for each listing to ensure the highest number of hits.
