Braemar Lodge is a modern luxurious alpine resort nestled on a warm sunny plateau overlooking the magnificent, picturesque Hanmer Springs basin.
The cuisine is sublime and the wine list selected to accompany the best and freshest of New Zealand produce, including lamb, salmon and wild game.
